Building a branded silicone pet collection does not always require a new mold. For pet brands, retailers and online sellers, selecting existing products, adding a logo and developing coordinated packaging can be a practical way to launch a collection or test a gift-set idea.
At WINWINPETS, we support both routes: private-label projects using existing designs and new silicone products developed from your concept. From product selection and logo samples to printed boxes and final packing, we help buyers plan the product and its presentation together.
A Recent North American Project: Starting with the Catalog
Our recent business with North American customers has included silicone slow feeder bowls, feeding mats and non-slip, splash-containment cat litter mats. In one project, the customer selected several items from our catalog and wanted to develop a gift-box presentation.
This creates an important question early in the process: which products make sense together, and how large will the finished package be? A useful product combination needs to work for the buyer’s budget, retail positioning and shipping plan—not just look attractive in a box.
Choose a Gift Set Around a Clear Purpose
For compact gift boxes, we generally recommend starting with smaller products such as slow feeder bowls, lick mats and treat-dispensing toys. Buyers can choose a focused combination rather than packing every item in the collection into one box.
- Feeding and enrichment: a small slow feeder bowl with a lick mat or treat-dispensing toy.
- Walks and rewards: a silicone treat pouch with a travel bowl or a suitable compact water bottle.
- Home routines: a feeding bowl and feeding mat, with larger litter mats offered separately or as an optional bundle.
These combinations can support new-product launches, seasonal promotions, welcome gifts and coordinated retail collections. Selecting a shared color palette and consistent packaging helps individual items feel like part of the same brand.
Existing Designs, Custom Logos and Packaging Samples
If an existing product suits your project, we can prepare a logo sample and a printed-box sample for review. Screen printing is a common logo option, while molded raised or recessed logos require mold work. We confirm the suitable method, placement and associated setup or mold fees for the selected product.
For repeat orders of the same product with an unchanged logo, the initial logo setup fee does not need to be charged again. Logo changes or new mold work are reviewed and quoted separately.
We can also coordinate the approved products and packaging, pack the bulk order and prepare it for shipment. This gives buyers one point of contact for checking the logo, product combination and box fit before moving ahead.

Plan Packaging Around the Shipping Route
A gift box can add presentation value, but it can also increase the shipment’s packed volume. We help customers compare two options: receiving fully packed sets from us, or sourcing boxes locally and completing the packing at their destination.
Some flexible silicone products can be folded or nested to reduce packing space. Suitability depends on the product structure, logo position and how the item should look after unpacking. We review the proposed packing method with the selected products rather than assuming every silicone item can be compressed.
For customers requesting delivery to an Amazon warehouse, we can discuss final packing, labeling and shipment preparation using the buyer’s confirmed instructions. Please share the destination, shipment details and required labels so the arrangement can be reviewed before dispatch.
Flexible First Orders, with Clear MOQ Planning
Custom orders using existing silicone designs generally start at 500 pcs per style per color. Selected projects may be considered from 300 pcs, depending on the product, logo method and overall order. If you would like two colors, send us the proposed quantity for each; we will review whether a smaller split is workable.
Printed packaging generally starts at 500 pcs, and its MOQ is considered separately from the products. For an approved smaller product order, unused packaging can be stored free of charge for up to three months for a follow-up order.
Our aim is to help new customers find a workable starting point. Final quantities and costs are confirmed for each project; completely new designs usually require a higher MOQ.
Developing a New Silicone Product from Your Design
If your idea needs a new shape or structure, send us your drawings, reference images or concept brief. The development process below applies to new tooling and is separate from logo sampling on an existing product.
| | |
|---|
| Our engineers and designers review the concept for manufacturability and clarify the specifications. | |
| After concept confirmation and mold-fee payment, we prepare a 3D file for a full-view design review. | |
| Tooling is made to the approved design. | |
Mold trial and first prototype | The mold is tested and initial product samples are produced. | |
| Samples are sent for the customer’s evaluation. | About 7 days, depending on destination and transit |
Design revisions, additional trials and delivery conditions may affect the schedule. These stages do not include bulk production. Mold fees, new-design MOQ and production timing are quoted after reviewing the design, size, structure and order requirements.
Exclusive Tooling and Design Protection
For projects where the customer fully funds the mold, exclusive use of that mold and the agreed custom design can be included in a formal agreement. Under those agreed terms, we will not use the mold for other projects or sell that specific design to other customers.
We can sign a confidentiality agreement and confirm mold ownership, storage and exclusive-use arrangements in writing before development begins.
Build a Collection Beyond the First Gift Set
Our silicone range covers slow feeder bowls, suction-cup lick mats, double-sided bowls, clover enrichment mats, treat-dispensing toys, feeding mats and food molds. Buyers can also explore treat pouches, travel accessories, food-storage products, waste-bag dispensers, bath brushes, grooming gloves, hair removers and litter-area mats.
We can discuss silicone development for kitchenware, drinkware and household products as well. Contact us for the current catalog and options relevant to your brand.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a new mold to add my logo?
Not necessarily. Suitable existing products can use a printed logo with a setup fee. Raised or recessed molded logos require mold work. Send us your logo and chosen product so we can recommend an appropriate method.
Can I combine different silicone products in one gift box?
Yes. We can review a mixed-product set and prepare packaging samples. Product MOQs still apply to each selected style and color, and packaging has its own MOQ.
Can I start with 300 pieces or split an order into two colors?
Some projects can be considered at that level. Share the styles, quantities per color and branding requirements so we can check feasibility and pricing. A lower MOQ is confirmed case by case.
Can you ship the products already packed in branded boxes?
Yes. We can arrange final packing using the approved box and product configuration. If local packaging would better suit your shipping budget, we can also discuss supplying the products for packing at your destination.
