Is this an absorbent pee pad or a reusable holder?
It is a reusable silicone holder designed to work with a separate absorbent pee pad. The silicone base is waterproof but does not absorb urine. Replace the absorbent pad when soiled and clean the holder as needed.
Are absorbent pee pads included?
No. This product includes the silicone holder only. Absorbent pee pads are shown for demonstration and must be purchased separately.
How do the corner fasteners work?
Lay a compatible pad flat inside the holder and gently tuck its corners into the four slotted silicone fasteners. Check that the pad is secure and lies flat without excessive stretching or tearing.
How do I choose the correct size?
Choose a holder that gives your dog enough room to stand and turn comfortably in the intended training area. Available overall dimensions are 62 × 42 cm, 62 × 62 cm, 81 × 54 cm and 92.2 × 64.2 cm. Confirm the usable inner area and compatible absorbent pad size before purchasing pads in bulk.
Will the holder prevent all leaks or sliding?
The waterproof base and raised edges help contain small spills that remain inside the holder. They cannot prevent overflow, splashes outside the tray or leakage from an incorrectly fitted or saturated pad. Grip varies with the floor surface, moisture and the pet’s movement; place the holder flat on a clean, dry surface.
How should I clean the silicone holder?
Remove the used pad, wash the holder with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly and allow it to dry before fitting a fresh pad. Keep the floor underneath clean and dry. Confirm dishwasher or disinfectant compatibility for the selected version before using those cleaning methods.

For existing silicone designs, custom MOQ generally starts at 500 pcs per style per color. Selected projects may be considered from 300 pcs after review. New designs and tooling may require higher quantities. Custom packaging generally starts at 500 pcs and is quoted separately.
