Custom logo orders using the existing mold start at 300 pcs. Custom color with logo orders start at 500 pcs, per style per color. New designs requiring a new mold start at 1,000 pcs.
Logo application methods and setup fees depend on your artwork and placement. Repeat orders for the same product with an unchanged logo do not require another logo setup fee; modifications may incur additional charges.
Can you provide branded packaging or gift boxes?
Yes. Custom printed boxes start at 500 pcs. We can review packaging dimensions, artwork and labeling requirements for this toy or a coordinated pet gift set. Product and packaging MOQs are confirmed separately.
Can I request a sample, and what is the lead time?
In-stock samples are typically dispatched in 3–5 working days. Samples with a custom logo usually take 7–9 working days. Small production orders generally take 7–10 working days, while bulk orders usually take 25–30 working days.
Timing depends on order quantity, customization requirements and production scheduling. New mold development is quoted separately. Shipping time is not included.
