Is this mat made entirely from silicone?
No. It combines a waterproof silicone base with a removable EVA honeycomb upper layer. The upper layer also has stitched edge binding and attaches to the base with hook-and-loop fasteners.
How does the double-layer design collect litter?
As a cat steps across the mat, loose litter can pass through the honeycomb openings into the tray underneath. The amount collected depends on the litter’s particle size, the mat’s placement and how the cat moves across it. Larger particles may remain on the upper surface.
Which size should I choose?
Measure the available floor area and the space in front of your litter box. The M size measures 65 × 65 cm, L measures 130 × 65 cm and XL measures 152.4 × 94 cm.
Larger sizes can cover wider exit paths or serve multiple litter boxes, depending on their dimensions and arrangement.
Does the waterproof base protect against spills?
The silicone base provides a waterproof barrier, and its raised rim helps contain small spills. Liquids may still escape if they exceed the rim or flow outside the mat. Clean spills promptly and dry the mat and floor before reuse.
How do I empty and clean the mat?
Separate the hook-and-loop fasteners and remove the EVA top. Empty collected litter from the silicone tray, then hand-wash the components with mild soap and water as needed. Rinse thoroughly and allow both layers, including the fabric binding and fasteners, to dry completely before reassembling.
Avoid high heat and abrasive cleaning tools.
Can I customize the logo, color or dimensions?
Yes. Logo and color options can be reviewed for the existing sizes. Custom dimensions, rim designs or base textures may require new tooling. Send us your artwork, measurements and expected quantities so we can assess feasibility and provide a quotation.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our general starting MOQ is 300 pcs for a custom logo and 500 pcs for custom color with logo, per style per color. New mold development starts at 1,000 pcs.
For this multi-material mat, the final MOQ is confirmed according to the selected size, upper-layer requirements and customization details. Custom printed boxes start at 500 pcs separately.
Can you provide retail packaging?
Yes. Standard packaging is an OPP bag, and custom packaging can be discussed. Share your retail presentation, labeling and shipping requirements so we can review suitable options for the selected size.
For larger mats, we will also confirm the packed dimensions and carton arrangement when preparing your quotation.
Can I request a sample, and what is the lead time?
In-stock samples, when available, are typically dispatched in 3–5 working days. Samples with a custom logo usually take 7–9 working days. Small production orders generally take 7–10 working days, while bulk orders usually take 25–30 working days.
Timing depends on the selected size, quantity, customization requirements and production scheduling. New mold development is quoted separately. Shipping time is not included.
